    Nylon pin gears

How are the Nylon pin gears holding up.
I wore out all 4 brass pin gears (had a lot of flights on them).
The pin gears would not engage the spur gear anymore (even with new spur gears).

Notice the DATE variation? On 7-6 I had ABOUT 20 flights and I checked condition after reading this post, they looked new. on 7-13 they failed. I thought to myself HUH only been ABOUT 20 flights and there worn out. I simply lost count, sorry for not keeping a more acurate record.

Here's my interpretation, or at least how this should have gone.
    Dear sirs,
Thanks so much for being interested in my opinion enough to ask for a clarification. I see now that perhaps I could have stated my response better, so here is the answer to your question:
As of July 6 I had what I estimate to be about 20 flights/packs on my motors with polymer pinions, and believed them to be in substantially new condition. However, when I reinspected the pinions on July 13 after approximately an additional 20 flights/packs, they appeared to be very worn to the point of failure.
Again, thanks for respecting me enough to care what I thought about the subject matter.
    Regards,
    knall
Unfortunately, what was given sounded more like attitude than answer. I find this distressing.
