    New LCG Build

About half way done! Bought most all the items from ebay. I think its going to be a great truck. Will update pics as I go. IN the end with post a total. I think its going to be pretty cheap build out.

While you're at it, you should change out the center drive shaft to the Tekno one. I'm in the middle of building mine and noticed how bent the stock one is, with my new motor, I'm sure it will get twisted or bent.

I went over budget when I got the truck! lol. That's why I'm on a budget build. Wish I knew some of the things I know now, I would do things differently.

The best advice I got when I bought my platinum was "wait until it breaks, then upgrade--but only if you need to"

That is a great looking truck you have built! That is pretty much the same way I like my trucks! This will be a very durable truck and you will have fun for a long time .

Finally getting around to installing the rpm bumper only to find out the main mount parts come from the original. Being a new build I dont have one does any one have a solution to this problem. Do they sell those parts separately? Hate to have to buy a stock bumper! Figured it out I got a 2 wheel drive arg!!!!

Its all most complete waiting on the rear bummer. Will need lot so fine tuning

Its complete!! First dirt run was short had some pinion gear issues and it was already 90 degs at 10am. This was after a few hours on the water fishing with my nephews. So repairs just drove the old unit. Excited to get some dirt runs in tomorrow.

Do you see any rubbing? Any other details or info you could give to us? Never heard of this happening before.

the tekno rub is up front, you have to dremel the chassis to free the drive cup,
