Unhappy Spun three u joints out of driveshafts

I have a mini summit and kids today spun three u joints out of drive shafts in less than one run on 2 2s packs in parallel. It's the first time any u joints spun out of ears, sense putting merv driveshafts in place of summit CV joints.

Um I put this post on the merv board, because I'm talking about merv parts.

Sometimes I think u have to post on the MERV board for any 1/16th because it seems to be the only really active 1/16 board!
What broke, uh, needs upgrading now?

Plastic does wear over time and use...
How long have you used these shafts?
    How many runs?
    2S? 3S?

Another option is to use Rustler joints... they are similar in size but have longer pins making them harder to twist out.
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

It sounds like something isn't setup correctly. Either that or things are heating up from running too long. I haven't broken a shaft yet since switching to merv shafts.

It's fixed. It was a combination of stuck slipper clutch, and super thick diff oil. It hasn't happen again. But I now have a center diff, and a new slipper clutch.

slipper could definately do it. I have mine on the looser side since my son still tends to hit the forward instead of reverse and vice versa against solid objects.
