Just switch any of the two motor wires. They don't have to be on matching colors

Ive had a blast brushless. On lipo as well. I don't recommend nimh as they add too much weight. You will probably have to adjust the vertical angle of the prop. I had original prop. The idea is to ease it up to speed and no sudden throttle or steering. It will rise and plane over the water after it stops cavitating at the prop. Adjusting the prop angle will help prevent too much cavitation.

I don't believe English is your first language. But I'm working with you much as I can. I don't believe a lower "skeg" rudder support is necessary. I think it would be too much trouble. I'm sure there is flex going on in the water. But most of the stabilization problem with quick throttle is the rotating mass of the vxl motor.

I made a stabilizer fin but just this small piece of metal weighed it down too much to be able to get to "plane" speed. If a plastic one were made it would work I'm sure to help steering control.

I'm sorry. This is a part I made myself. I make many custom parts for boats and cars. Where are you from? I deal with rc brothers all over the world. Thanks

The Traxxas Blast is 603mm long, so the first set you linked to should work for a boat this size (they're designed for boats 500-800mm in length). The last two pairs of turn fins you posted will be too large.

Yes, but he noted that "this small piece of metal weighed it down too much to be able to get to "plane" speed." The fin he made was much too large for a boat of this size. Turn fins need to be properly sized for the boat, otherwise they will create too much drag and hinder performance.
