    The new RC COMPOUND!

First... a little about me. I'm 17 and about to graduate high school. I live with my dad in a neighborhood with about a half acre of ground. I also spend a lot of time at my dads fiances house who also lives in a neighborhood on about a half acre. Now for the awesome part....

My dad and his fiance just signed the papers to buy 40 acres! And not just any 40 acres... about 35 acres of woods for the off road trucks, a huge field where I'll build an off road track, and a pond big enough to race the RC boats. Settlement is in two months so this thread is going to be a little bit dead for a while but I'll definitely keep it updated.

A Slash 4x4 at the moment. I have a 16th scale rally for the quarter mile driveway and a Spartan and a nitro catamaran for the pond too.

RC paradise is where you have. I like right by a river with a beach and stuff. Sand for Summit (and soon a Slash Platinum). Big body of water for Spartan. Plus, there is a bunch of trails right there for the Summit and a creek for it too.

Can you take a screenshot from google maps or something so we can see the property? Thanks.

I know this thread is no good without pics so... here they are.

This is the property, circled in red.

This is the layout of the cleared portion of the property.
    These speak for themselves.

Nice man! It looks like a great place to drive (and maybe break) RC vehicles.

I second that, you have to watch out for them trees, they sneak up on ya & jump out in front front of your RC's when at WOT.
RC's make horrible chainsaws! Been there got the T~shirt!

Seriously though, that is one wickedly sweet pad! Love the woodwork & kitchen in the pics.
    Look out for the tree/crunch!
