    Best Traxxas model

Does any know the best traxxas model? 1/10 scale only, Durable, fun , upgradable, and long lasting. I can spend $300 to about $485. I was thinking the rally, rustler vxl, or e revo brushed. Any other ideas? I do not want a slash though. Thanks

My vote would be for the stampede 4x4vxl. It is a sweet truck and very durable.
With great brushless comes great responsibility.

Stampede 4x4 as mentioned above. What do you want to do with it?

The cool thing about a slash, is you can change it into about 10 different rc's. Mt,1/8 on road, 1/8 buggy, rusty, trail truck, 1/2 decent crawler, and more... If you dont like the short course body, there are many, many options. The 4x4 is built beefier than the 2x4 models.

Would it be possible to turn a slash 4x4 into an e revo?

    Totally different platforms...

I find the "10th scale only" statement kinda funny... the Revo is more 8th scale than 10th.
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

    No, not ever...

But, you can turn it into a pretty agile and robust MT with 3.2's and maxx bodies. It just costs as much as an e-revo.
