Fitting mamba monster 2 ESC (picture)

Hey guys, I just bought the Mamba Monster 2 ESC, but I'm having some trouble fitting it onto the chassis. The mount for the old esc is too tall, but I can just dremel off part of the legs on the holder. My problem is, when I go to put the on/off switch in, the box of the on/off switch hits the wires coming out of the esc to the receiver. I don't really want to use Velcro and I've searched the forums without much luck. Anyone able to reuse the old mount?

all good.......... if you cut down the posts you need to cut down the screws too. they will stick down to far into the batt compartment and rub on the batts.....

I ended up putting some rubber feet on the bottom of my ESC. It raised the height a couple mm, and it fits great now.

As for the switch, I cut them off and solder the wires together. Then, the battery plug becomes your on/off switch.
