Futaba and Airtronics are also good radios

Flysky is cheap...but you get what you pay for.

My son has a Flysky on his car.
I use a Traxxas TQi on all of mine.

I've never had any issues with my FlySky's.
And I love that receivers are $8 and can take 8.4 volts.

The fly sky is an awesome radio for the money. You factor in what you get for the money and even more awesome. I have had high dollar spectrum, and futaba radio's and will never spend that money on a radio again. For what one of those cost you can buy a whole nother rc car. I have run fly sky for around six years, and have only had one seven dollar receiver die.

Yeah Im also using the FlySky GT3B on my TA T4.1 and haven't had any problems. I'm thinking about ordering a few more rx for my other trucks and selling all my other tx and rx, just so I don't have to take so many diff. ones to the track. Just One.

Well since this is a Traxxas Forum we are supposed to say Traxxas TQi, but it's not the best-nor the worst!
