    Carburetor TRX vs Losi

    how different between carburetor from traxxas and losi? Both has plastic housing. May be recommended carburetor with metal housing?

    The reason the Losi carb is better because it has a bigger throat so it can let more air into the engine. I have on my Slayer and I love it, it worth getting.

    It's a 90% direct fit, all you need to do is raise the throttle arm up with a few washers and that's it.

    Yes, you can use the stock arm. Just make sure it doesn't bind on anything once you're done.

    One of mine had some cast flashing that I had to sand off, the other was a direct drop in. I have one on a bone stock 3.3, the other is on a highly modified 3.3. The modified 3.3 is absolute screamer. It is a good mod to do.
