    Help please

Hi all, new to the community here and new to electric. I bought a brushless erevo about a month ago. I just recently put in a xo1 1717 and a castle xl2. I got everything done today and went and tried it...huge disappointment. Running 6s 24/54 gearing I got about 20mph if that. After having to figure it out cause it only wanted to go in reverse at first. Any info would be much appreciated.

Check the drivers ed manual from castle. You may need to swap 2 wires around from esc to motor and recalibrate.

I hope i'm not wrong, but when you bought that motor mount did you read that the guy had his set up with 34/34 gearing. I think that is the mount i saw on youtube as well. That is a monster motor even for a e-revo. I am running 24/54 on my 2200kv.
I'm not krazy. My mother had me tested.
