    Rally Body Shells

Alright, so I'm Rally bound. Can anyone point me in the direction of good Traxxas Rally shells?

i'm in the process of fitting the TT Mini Countryman WRC shell onto my rally. there's also a few bodies that fit from parma and proline. hopefully with the release of competing rally designs we'll see a few more bodies released.

Unfortunately, I'm looking for something other than the stock body. It just irks me.

    There's the ford focus body

    DP8

There is quite a few body's out there that will fit the rally. Just look up the specs on the wheelbase and width on bodies. Deltaplastik offers a few at a hefty price though. Pretty much anything that fits a sl4sh should fit the rally sometimes with either a little trimming and of course different methods of mounting them. Quite a few good build threads in this section that go into detail.

The proline Ford focus, the sharpline above the headlight cracks easily when jumps go wrong. I have now choosen a Proline RS14 body for my traxxas rally 4x4. I trimed the body at the front and rear 1,5cm and at the sides 1cm longer than the cutting lines.

    Hello Guys,

    https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...4593815&type=3

But I always ask myself "Why Traxxas or Proline donīt release a Ken Block fiesta for slash awd chassis?"

    Best regards,

    Alexandre

Make sure you use some washers beneath the body clips. One jump and my body clips pulled through the body on the back. The overall body is sturdy, but the rear part where the body mounts are is super thin

Nice! This would be a tough one to replicate in scale. But sweet.

If you can find an 14RS, I am pretty sure they are discontinued.
