Check the hexes on the back wheels and see if one is stripped.

So the fronts run normally, but the rears don't have power? Sounds like the differential ran out of grease.

??? When you say you washed out the diffs, do you mean that you took apart the diff housing, took off the ring gear, and cleaned out the diff cup? or just pulled out the whole diff and cleaned out the housing. Because if you took apart the whole diff and washed it out and did put and fluid back in you will wear your gears out in no time. Fill the rear diff cup with 30k oil and some of your favorite grease on the ring gear.

And I may be wrong but if your grub screw on the drive hub came loose, I would think that you would loose power to the front and not the back. Wouldn't the slipper assembly still spin allowing power to the back only via slipper shaft into the rear ring diff assembly. The drive hub would be stationary (cuz the grub screw is loose) while the slipper shaft is turning not allowing the drive shaft to turn the front wheels. If I am wrong someone please correct me.
