    New ride

Put some lights on, and tires, and velinon brushless in it. Pretty fun.

Do you still have the stock center driveshaft?

How are the motor temps with the 2.8's?

With stock gearing, temps are only warm to touch, that's mostly half throttle running with many quick bursts to full trailing around. Put over 3 hours on it today. Super impressed with this truck. Hope this helps.

The center driveshaft is pretty stout despite being not being made of metal. I've got one in my Stampede 4x4 and have not pulled any punches, no problems so far. I like that it doesn't bend when I really whack something hard ... which happens more than I want to admit ...

Looks great! Any video of it running with the VXL setup? Those tires look really nice on that truck.
