Does the castle 2200 and 2650kv bolt right up?

Does the castle 2200 and 2650kv bolt right up with no mods? And I know this is controversial, but which one gives better top end in this rig?

Yes, both bolt up. 2650 will be the faster one, but 6s isn't recommended with the 2650, but you can get away with it for a few speed runs.
What battery size were you planning on running in it.

Pretty sure you'll need to move the rx box up front.

yes the receiver box has to be move up front but, motor fitting wise with the 2650 being a tad bit shorter than the 2200 no need to drimmel the chassis, with the 2200 yes, you have to remove/drimmel a little bit.

    2200Kv * 25.2V = 55440rpm 2650kv * 16.8V = 44520rpm Theoretical (no load)

How come the 2650 is faster than the 2200? The 2200 is longer, just more torque?
I think i ran over the neighbor....

Kv x V = More RPM per volt, 2650 allows more RPM per volt over a 2200, thus more speed in the gear train. Limitations are max voltage, where a lower Kv will typically allow use of more volts, example 4s versus 6s Lipos. And yes as you deduced, typically more torque.
