    Engine Upgrade

I was wondering if there is any suspension and/or drive train upgrades you guys would recommend prior to installing a larger engine in my Nitro Stampede?

    Thanks Ryan

I installed electric vxl axles seemed to hold up better then the nitro. Electric a arms are a little wider or get some offset wheels. Shocks and stuff you'll have to try out different oil weights I used 50/50 in front and rear and seemed to work good.

what engine were you thinking of upgrading to? I used the 2.5R and it worked great just right on power, 3.3, .19, ,.18,.19 will work but just a little too much power for the nitro pede think it would flip too much and wheelie non stop. There are ways to prevent that i was going to use wheel weights with a sticky back to them. If using vxl electric a arms you will need longer turn buckles and toe links i did on mine with RPM's.
