    tires

Just wondering what my options are for Street/Road Tires for my Emaxx 17mm setup. I already have the Road Rage Tires. any other street/road type tire out there?
Also, what are my options for wheels to mount my tires on that are 1/2" offset? Does RPM make any wheels that re 3.8 with a 1/2"offset? I got some revolvers in the past, but they were only 3.2
Pictures speak volumes, I'd love to see what is out there. Thanks!

XO-1 rear tires all the way around would work for high speed running. They're belted, use a 17mm hub and are rated for 100+mph. They don't really have any offset though ...

But the XO-1 tires are only 4.29" tall and 2" wide.

GRP/PMT 1/5 tires are 4.75" tall and 2.5" wide - much better fit and I think much better rubber.

Gearing will offset the difference in height and with an on-road setup (mentioned by the OP) you're not typically worried about ground clearance on a Maxx. They will also be less likely to flip over since they will tend to slide a little more with the skinnier footprint.

Granted the truck does look a little odd with this setup but I've found it to be effective for high speed use.
