    Integy metal spur

    Ive stripped 2 spurs in the past week and im not sure about getting the metal spur

    sounds like your mesh not adjusted properly - This just does not happen under normal conditions is set up properly.
    There are lots of ways to do that. Most are wrong.

    Ive been using metal spurs for about a month and couldnt be happier. Ive stripped 4 plastic ones. First one was using my LiPo the 2nd time. The mesh was factory set. 2nd time was i did a jump, and landed nose hard, and my pinion came loose and stripped my spur. 3rd and 4th time were from doing wheelies. I did 2 full battery runs each time before I did wheelies. The mesh was done with the paper method. But when I meshed with my metal spur and pinion, I didnt use the paper method this time. I tapped toothpick to a dial indicator, and meshed it like that. I put at .0001" I think. Dont remember. Been running like that for about a month and not a problem.

    I go Metal a long time ago. Wont use plastic anymore.
