Aluminum Shocks for a Revo 2.5?

I read that the Traxxas Hard Anodized GTR Shocks are the best upgrade but for appearance wise the below shocks look nice. Anyone know if these are any good or should I just stick with the stock shocks?

You can get the Traxxas GTR shocks for only $13. Don't worry, it's not a scam, just a great deal!

WOW. I just bought something and had it delivered today from this company via E-Bay.

Great deal compared to what I see on e-Bay ($50). But I was only kind of looking for appearance purposes when I found the blue.

I might have to give these a try for the price. Anyone know if the blue ones are any good?

Who makes the blue ones? I'm not sure what the part number is but traxxas makes a blue aluminum body for the gtr shocks if you want good looks and still want to maintain stock performance. I just received a nice package from $hobbyz today myself. Wishing I had found these folks a long time ago. I'm kicking myself over the hundreds of unnecessary dollars spent on replacement parts from Tower hobbies and my lhs...I had just purchased a set of the hard anodized gtr's from tower earlier this month to upgrade an older revo that I'm bringing up to current specs. and thankfully I haven't opened them(they are going back). I bought 4 sets with springs installed for the same money as 1 set w/o springs from Tower...all I can say is WOW

I have no idea who makes the ones I posted but thanks for letting me know that Traxxas makes them in Blue as well, however that is $45 versus the $13 from dollarhobbyz.

your better off buying the traxxas brand than some of those unknown shocks. I found this one, the cheapest of them all, only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't come with TiNi shafts, you can buy them separate too.
