    Telemetry Question

So I just picked up a new TQi system w/docking; a brand new TQi radion and docking system (all unopened and still in the box) and two (2) TQi 5 channel receivers, (part # 6518) all for a $100.

My Summit came with the TQi but not the docking. I have the previous TQ system on the erbe and I share the Summit TQi with my 3.3.

I was thinking of adding some of the telemetry to the Summit and erbe. For the ones that use telemetry, which applications do you use the most?

I was thinking speed/RPM, and voltage on the Summit and erbe. Maybe temp on the 3.3. Should I add temp on the electric models too?

Thanks guys. Yah I guess speed would be a waste in the Summit. LOL

So is the temp sensor pretty accurate? Have you checked it against an temp gun?

Temp sensor accurate compared to my temp gun

I put all 3 on. Most useful is voltage -- I stop when Lipos are just above nominal which leaves with about 30-40% capacity remaining, then recharge to prolong battery life.

Next most useful is motor temp. Rpm/speed is just for fun to show to those around but of course gps is more accurate
