Help Needed: GraveDigger going wild -- New batteries in truck n remote

    Hi All,

I have a GraveDigger traxxas with remote.

Lately, it has been going wild. It behaves as if another person is driving a Digger on the same frequency close by.

I have tried new batteries in the remote and recharged batteries in car before taking out. Those didnt seem to help.

It has not been abused at all.

    Has anyone seen this?

    thanks,

    watermelon

What radio do you have... it is best to link us to a picture of it as all of Traxxas radios are "TQ" or "Top Qualifier".
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

In my expriance AM is quite finicky. Be sure to check the antenna (all ~22 inches of it) for nicks and cuts. Make sure that it is extended up as high as possible on both the controller and the receiver. I have also seen servo issues cause radio glitches... try seeing if unplugging the servo stops the weirdness.

Also have you tried running the truck in another area. Maybe there is interference where it is being run now. These problems are basically eliminated upgrading to 2.4ghz.
