    Nitro Rustler tuning help

Hi guys im newish to nitro and need tuning help and i need a good temp gun and a few good mods. Also to help cool my engine down is it really worth cutting a hole in the front of my body for cooling reasons i live in texas where it goes to 100 degrees in the summer and 40 degrees in the winter and wonder if cutting that hole is really worth it. thx for the feedback i really appreciate the comments.

Yes, cut a hole as air needs to flow through the head. And then read up all you can about how to tune and then find a nice open parking lot and a gallon of fuel and see how your engine reacts and heats up/cools by turning the needles\.

Yes. I did that with minebut I cut vertical slits about 1/4 inch apart going all the way across with my dremel. It helped quite a bit.
