Cool Have New Rockstar Rims - 3.2" XO-1 Slicks almost fit

Ok I got some Rockstar 3.2" rims
And they are wider than the XO-1's but the slick fits ok.

And put one on the XO-1 to see how she looks.

First pics is of rim, then with slick on car.

I like anything that makes my car look different than the crowd so cool find. Asthetically I am not sold on those though. Have you had a chance to determine the performance impact of the increased width, if any? Nice to have an option and glad they work for you. 1/2 inch more in that wheel base and you'd be at a good scale look.

I got mine from Ebay http://www.ebay.ca/itm/140893539864?...84.m1439.l2649

    And $95 cad for 4. Its a pre-release sale.
Sears.com carries them but over $60 each rim
    and then slicks (rear XO-1's)
They are 3.2" and XO-1's are 3.3" but fit snugly
    Will post pic of width.

Pics, I should also mention that the 17mm hubs came off, and replaced them with included 17mm adapter- stock adapters are too wide for a stock body.

I like them, but I just think it looks like a "walmart" kind of rim. I love how it looks and all, but it just reminds me of what is on walmart RC's. I would definatly pick up some though, I like 'em!

I wish someone would make more RC wheels like real truck wheels. I was going to get a set of these but i wanted the 1/2" offset so i went with RPM revolvers

Well these are going to be used with my Panther slicks, and on my XO-Demon, to see if I get better traction than my phaltline tires.

Just have to clean up my work table first, meeeessssyyyyyyy .
