you put a "jumper" on one of the battery plugs. ....running 14/72 gearing 8.4v just dosent give you enought speed to be happy for hours on end but gets you by when your nimhs wont take a charge any more.

also the mud slingers look'en good right now. havent gotten to properly crawl yet since everything is snow covered in the mean time. also i think the motor's bushings are going out not bad for about 3yrs old. just need to constantly oil the bushings or they start to squeal.

been pricing out spc packs 4x 2s 8200mah pack should give me 4-6 hours run time......
also set up my pl8x2 for the summit. should be able to charge the 4 batteries under 35mins

Installed double-orange springs, and a RPM front bumper mount. I also prepped and painted the DeWalt, and prepped the motor mount. I thought about stealing the wires and caps from the Titan, but it still works, so I ordered another motor mount for it to keep as a spare. Silicone wire and capacitors from SparkFun should be here tomorrow!

I made some dewalt stickers for it as dewalt power on my summit is axel snappin good fun.. Easy as google image search for dewalt logo...save...size to fit....print on regular paper....cut out...one coat of mod podge on chassis, stick logo...two coats over top. Copyright infringement not an issue if you dont sell them, as far as i know. Worked good!!

Not so much today, but Saturday I installed my new Savox steering servo

Then Sunday went for a trail run with some buddies

Then proceeded to break the output shaft on front diff, ran it as a 3x4 then drove it off a water fall and wedged the rear tire and shortly after breaking the axel shaft, which ended the day

    Had fun tho!!

Did this this week - finally got my night lighting done.

    [IMG][/IMG]

20 LED's in total, 10 out front, 8 at the back, and 2 inside. I used these for the yellow lens covers. Needed 2 pacs for 4 yellows though.

I was thinking the same thing!!

Also, to post pics they need to be uploaded to a host... I doubt you want us to have access to your hard drive.

First, the picture needs to be uploaded to a web host; like photobucket, flicker, or even a locked folder on facebook (like I do). Then after it is uploaded; you view the picture online, right click, and select "copy image location". At this point you come back to the forum and select the third icon from the right; the one that says "image" when you hover over it, and paste your image location into the box in the popup, then click "ok". Then the picture will be shown like this:

Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.
