    Sharpening kintec x442 cnc prop

On the web page it says its sharpened and balanced (which is why i bought it because I dont know how to do either...)
A member on this forum said that it doesnt come sharpened and it needs to be...
How do I sharpen it... And will that affect the balance of the prop?
    Thanks

Yes any sharpening could affect the balance. If the web page says sharpened and balanced it should be ready to run.

Check out my thread on the next page called " Torque roll". Orca posts a link to a sharpening and balancing how to. You can also see what happened to my flex cable from not sharpening that same prop.

    Thanks!
Did you have to balance your kintec prop after sharpening?

I didn't check the balance. I probably should've, but someone suggested that it wouldn't be too important because of how light the aluminum prop is.
