What is your favorite firmware version for the MM?

I had V1.21 on mine for a long time with no issues I just put the most recent firmware in and I was getting some random stuttering. I'm gonna go back to 1.21 and see if that solves it.

That looks real smooth, I'll give 1.45 a try and see how it works for me.

Turns out v1.45 is the one that was giving me issues. Castle just released v1.46 yesterday so I loaded that one and the start up seems very good. Hopefully I wont have any weird stutters like I was getting with 1.45.

Maxx, what motor and batteries are you using in the video? That is real smooth.

I got a new MM2 in the end of June. How do you know what version you have?

You need a castle link to see which version of firmware you have. I think v1.21 was the last final version, and is probably what would come preloaded. Any newer firmware will be beta and could have bugs, and is only available through the castle link.

Just got a MM2 and it had 1.39 beta. Updated to 1.45 but haven't tried it yet; looks like I'll update to 1.46 tonight

V1.46 is very smooth on the slow starts. It did reset my LVC and since I run A123's that might have been part of the stuttering issue I was seeing on v1.45.

Surprised that a new ESC would come preloaded with a beta firmware.

Well, v1.46 had a very smooth start, but it was having a weird shut down after 5-10min. I have gone back to v1.21 and hope it will be back to trouble free running again. My MM is from the first or second batch so that might be why I'm having issues with the newer firmware.

v1.21 solved the shut down issue, guess I'll stop messing with it and just leave this firmware in it.
