    erevo vxl to kb conversion?

I just got an erevo vxl ans looking at the chassis of it and the ken block car, it lookslike itd be an easy conversion. Just requiring the kb bumpers, wheels/tires, and body.

anybody who owns both or even just the kb car know anything I'm missing?

You will also need the arms,link/tie rods and axles. Plus the body mounts.

Oh...and good luck finding the Ken Block body and the correct wheels.

Wheels/tires, body mounts and bumpers are on eBay.

    Also needs a 45T spur.

The arms, links/tie rods and axles arent the same as the erevo huh?

nope...they are the shorter arms like on the mini slash.
    I've had 8 or 9 of the 1/16 cars...including a couple Ken block cars.
Currently have 2 mini revo's.a mini Boss 302,and a Ken block with big block castle power.

Just checked eBay and couldn't find a single ken Block Body or a single set of the correct Ken Block wheels.

thought these were them. Didn't notice they were missing the DC logos on the wheel itself.

Ah well, thought I could do a 2 for 1 type deal with the merv lol

Yes...those are the same wheel...just missing the logo.
Finding a body is going to be tough...
However...I think someone on here had a body and wheels for sale in the Market Place.
Might want to look back and check with them to see if they still have them.

I got lucky when i bought my KB...one of our LHS's had a spare body hanging on a peg. I snagged it up for a really good price.

Here was my KB collection at it's largest...

Here's what my KB looks like under the body now...

Those are even hard to find. Since they quit making them.

They get very hard to find. And bodies seem to be worth their weight in gold. Not uncommon when you see one to cost almost as much as a painted 1/8 scale body. Its crazy.
