    STRC front shock tower question.

I got the STRC front shock tower and bulk head, and the shock tower is puzzling me. the tow linkage is weird, if the tow linkage is set on the middle hole the left is pointed way in. If it is the out side hole it is the same but the tires are at a weird angle vis versa for the inside hole. I don't know if this is normal or if the part is a defect. You in put would be nice.

Adjust the length of your links. If your using the non adjustable ones buy some that can be adjusted. Just moving the mount wont do much for you unless your adjusting to suspension height.

Yeah, sounds like you just need to adjust your camber links (the top link). The toe can't be changed by changing the shock tower, fortunately, but if you have a XL5 model, now would be a good time to upgrade the whole truck to a set of VXL links. They are very strong 4mm steel turnbuckles with captured rod ends that are both stronger than the stock "popsicle sticks" and will allow you to adjust front and rear camber, and make toe adjustment easier.
