    First accident...bent main drive shaft

Experienced my first repair job the other day...I smacked a curb on the front quarter at probably half throttle. Thankfully the only damage was the center drive shaft getting bent just after the point where it enters the chassis. Fortunately nothing else appears to suffered any damage. The T-Bone bumper seemed to work well, though it may have also contributed to the chassis flexing the way it did.

The repair was simple enough but it was my first tear-down. I still have plenty to learn!

+1 on the VG Racing brace. With normal bashing the chassis was flexing and rubbing on the driveshaft. With the brace, no more flex.

I'll try anything once, maybe twice!
