    Got A brand New REVo Platinum.

    What is the things i should be looking for to upgrade.?
    I am currently awaiting an answer on the start box.
    What have you guys done to your revo PL ?

    nothing the platinum has it all if anything just upgrade the servos

    I prefer jr servos myself I'm actually running spektrum in my truggy and love em

    ok. I have hi tech, traxxas digital. run Spektrum transmitter. Have been looking at the spektrum servos

    just run the stocks till they crap out , the stock traxxas 2075 ones are actually not that bad , the only problem I've ever had with them is the gears stripping but I have a ton of old 2050s laying around and they use the same internal gears.

    I also recommend running it until something fails (If anything does). Those 2075 servos do infact last for awhile, and like Biglore stated, i've experienced them stripping gears too after a fair amount of abuse. I went with the Hitec Servos that offer 330oz (or something like that) for steering, and their quicker version for throttle/brake and have never looked back. I forget the names of the servos however.

    Well finally got the bump box going to try to break it in tomorrow.But I have just Nimh's for my EZ-start wand..
    Heard i can get a y harness and run them on the box, lets see if i can find the y harness locally. Some one had suggested "rigging" both batteries with black tape and have them wired in series..

    i just made a harness from old chargers and used butt connectors when i had mine and best of all it cost nothin lol

    I wish I had some old connectors lying around just ordered an soldering station..
    I am looking to get Lipo.. For the box eventually.. I rigged it and already started the break in.. Second tank.. Should be all done.. .. I must say it looks awesome gotta paint that body ASAP..
    I would've been done today but was replacing a carb and clutch bearing for a buddy 3.3..trx
