Yup, that's the right one. I don't think it would make that much of a difference.

There's a rubber seal with a copper shim together between exhaust outlet as it meets exhaust. The shim wasn't there and it melted the exhaust =/

i ran it for like 10-15mins at like half throttle and it popped off and i was like "drives it over to myself lifts shell off and it cuts out" dam pipe was to hot to handle and it wouldn't start up since this happened. So i just want to get a performance exhaust now. Just don't know which 1 to get.

my truck was a 4909 and that pipe really woke it up great pipe for the 3.3 their are two versions of the pipe one is the old hop up version pipe with a smaller slinger outlet and the other is the stock one for the new 3.3 with a lil bigger hole tryed both the new one seams to make more power but slightly less run time and the old one has better run time but a lil less power i know theirs a thread on here somewhere that shows the old one getting drilled out but was like three years ago

Because I heard about drilling out the stinger. I have yet to receive it, will post results once I do.

Will also be adding this to my TRX 3.3...

This is the missing/melted piece of the plastic pipe.

They let the engine breath better, & help it run better.

If your still using the old button type air filter it's time to upgrade to either the newer 3.3 high flow filter or the motorsaver filter, either will work well with the resonator pipe.

    Look out for the tree/crunch!

I hear that the carb for a trx3.3 makes the losi 3.4 run better. Which I find strange, considering that the losi carb really woke up the 3.3. Maybe someone should attempt to broker a trade between Traxxas and Losi for their carburetor inventories. Then everybody's engine's will run better. Personally I would love to see Traxxas use the losi carb or one just like it as original equipment.

I'll be swapping bits about i.e the carbs on both. As this engine is going in a truggy or maybe my other truck that's missing an engine but time will tell when i get the time that is and patience. I just want to get my t-maxx sorted so i can blast it again.
