    Hellooo My Traxxas Buddies!!

Anything been new? I got back out on the water last weekend and broke 85mph!! I need some good suggestions for weight distribution settings. Has anyone tried using the saline/water or sand bag method? I'm shooting to break 90mph if the water conditions are good. I'm also gonna drop the mamba 1717 back in the water this weekend with the reprogrammed hydra240 esc.
Hog??? Are you still racing? I see ORCA is still going strong, look forward to getting back with boating again and please help me with my weighting probs. I need to keep this boat on the water!
Also, are there any new Lipo's out that I should look at running? I haven't bought any in awhile and my old ones are getting bloated = (.

Look forward to hearing from you all!

Wow... I really can't imagine a Spartan doing excess of 85 mph. A video of that run would have been nice to view.

Not very many rc boats can get to that speed.

Welcome back..... It must be very difficult to keep the nose down at that speed.

As far as Lipo's go, the SPC Lipo's are working very well and reasonably priced.

What motor and what voltage did you use on that speed run?

+1 on having a video, def be a impressive one. And good thing it was only 87mph if you hit 88mph you might of had to call doc brown to get your spartan back.

Any special mods to get the 1717 to fit?

Never been interested in the boats but this is cool.
With great brushless comes great responsibility.
