    Gps

What GPS systems are being used on the speed runs? I'm looking to get one to put on mine but I don't want to get one that doesn't tell me what the top speed. Specifics would be nice. Thanks.
Off to the hobby shop I go.

Eagle Tree data logger has the GPS module you can add but you must use it with the Eagle Tree logger system.

I use a Garmin Nuvi 205. A lot of people use the Garmin Forerunner 201, but even Garmin states that is not for high speed and the accuracy is not good at high speed.

Well I use an actual radar gun those GPS units are inaccurate most of the time that's why they are not used in official speed runs with rc's it's either a radar gun at the cheap end or a full trackmate speed trap set up that I eventually plan on getting
