Won't start? Doesn't idle? Won't run? Does it turn over?

Make sure the wire is connected to the glow plug and get a new glow plug!

I had the same problem with the stock glow plugs. I bought a few at the hobby store (McCoy) and they work great. First indication that it's a bad glow plug is by simply looking at the EZ Start LED lights. As mentioned above, if it's not the wire, change the glow plug. Also, I'd recommend to read the user guide. It helps troubleshooting issues for start up problems.
