    Unhappy 3.3 piston rod snapped

    Hey guys, as my title explains it my 3.3 engine piston rod has snapped. I'm going to send it in but I need a quick reminder of what to leave on and what I need to take off the engine. Also where can I find a ERP PDF form??? Please get back to me with information. Thanks guys

    Take off the flywheel and everything on it. And of course the starter and exhaust. Leave the back plate and starter rod and the carb.

    Thanks guys once again. Do any of you know where I can send my engine in? because I'm getting Mckinney and plano texas and I would like to know which is the correct address.

    I traded mine at the hobby store. He threw in the pull start.

    I understand at least at my lhs you can trade them in... I'm not sure about your though...

    Hobby Town's are franchise owned, so it will be up to the individual shop.

    Also, you can get a brand new 3.3 for $105.00 on Ebay, keep your old mill, rebuild it and have a spare, or try your hand at modding it if you are into that kind of stuff.... Sort of the route I usually take.
