    Tq3 changed to tqi

Hi guys, my brushless tmaxx used to wheelie longer and ran faster with the tq3. With the new tqi, it can
hardly wheelie at all, it goes fast , but no bottom end power. Is it the settings on the tqi? Right now I'm going back and forth with the receivers. I changed to the tqi because it is 2.4ghz and it goes a lot further than
the 27mhz tq3. Any ideas? Thank you.

    Yes.

I am not sure what the issue is... I wonder if a call into Traxxas will help anything?

You might need to adjust the torque control on the tqi... 7th red blink in the multi-function knob menu. I know it is a funnycar option, but if it is in the tqi, it is enabled and can cause this kind or effect over throttle response.

I think torque control is actually expo.

In either case reset the radio to factory and start over. That will make sure everything is set to zero.

Thanks guys, I tried different settings on the tqi and the truck still does not wheelie. I change transmitter tq3 and pulls wheelies very easy at full throttle. Still the tqi goes fast but will not wheelie at full throttle. Don't know if keeping tqi.
