    Piston sleeve wont come out?

The piston sleeve is like stuck, i have tried sticking a zip tie through the exhaust port and turning the flywheel, and tried pushing it out through the bottom with the rubber end of some pliers. I don't know what else to do

Flip it over and squirt some lubricant between the block and sleeve and let it sit. If the zip tie is not working, use multiple ones through the exhaust port. All it needs to do is break loose and you'll be good.

I have tried multiple zip ties, they don't break and the sleeve doesn't budge and my hand aches from trying to turn it over. What kind of lubricant? I got after run oil and wd-40

WD-40 is fine. Try using an adjustable pliers to turn the flywheel.

Alright, well i tried doing what you suggested and when i start turning it over and the piston hits the zipties and trys to push the sleeve out the flywheel just starts turning. I hope that makes sence. That sleeve is really stuck.

If the flywheel is turning and the piston isn't moving, the flywheel is loose on the crank. It will need to be tightened before running the engine. Try putting the engine in the freezer for a couple of hours, the brass should contract more than the aluminum. then use the handle of a wooden spoon to push the sleeve out. That's the way I did it when mine was stuck.

Piston sleeve wont slide all the way in?

Alright, so i finally got the piston sleeve out and now it wont go in? Like it almost goes in but still has like another 1/4th of a inch to go. The notch is lined up with the pin and i lubed it up before attempting to slide it in.

Tap it with a wooden mallet, or something equally soft and heavy.
