Traxxas CVD's - Is this normal??

I while back I bought some used CVD's for my E-maxx from this forum. I installed them and this is how they are currently. I have never had any problems, but was wondering if this is normal??

    Thanks

just went and looked at my emaxx, it has the cvd's and rpm arms as well, the pin throught he shaft is about half way. Where as the pin on yours is right on the edge. Something seems to be off in your rig.

If you have problems with it popping out you can screw your pillow balls
In further. It will make for a nicer fit

Can someone post a picture of how they used a small rubber o ring to house the dogbone in the drive cup better? So far all the materials I used fell out and didn't hold the ball in the cup that much better

Fuel tubing works well with dogbones. Since the CVD's use a stub axle on the other side o-rings will not help at all

@Kyleb: If you can explain to me what you are talking about that would be sweet . What are the o rings for??

Also can someone tell me the length of a Traxxas CVD is (from differential to wheel, with out the stub axle. Just the dog bone).

    Thanks

Does it stay there through the entire cycle of the suspension?
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

You can use o-rings or fueltubing to center a dog
Bone. It will not help situation at all.

I found another part number that I think will work....TRA 3654. It has 2 pins in it.

the true track rear end is a little longer that is why your shaft is so far out. GO RPM!!
