    Bad body roll

Guys, I changed my springs to black in front and tan in the rear as recommended here on this forum and while it help greatly with dive and squat, I still feel the body roll / leaning is still pretty bad (mustang Vxl). How else can I improve handling and keep it flatter in turns? Will the HR sway bar upgrade help with this? What about a shorter travel rocker? Any tips fellas? Thanks in advance.

What weight of oil are you running?

Hi Jimmie, yep I checked them. They are full and no air bubbles. I mean these things do not exactly handle well to begin with, I understand that, just trying to minimize or lessen the body roll because its still pretty bad. I'm sorta new at suspension tuning, etc. Will using a heavier weight oil help with this?

Heavier weight will help quite a bit... so will sway bars. P1 rockers should too, but they are not made for this platform.

I went up on the shock oil weight, and stiffer springs, AND installed the HR sway bar kit. Minimal dive, still has some squat (weight transfer) in the rear upon acceleration, and MINIMAL body roll. The sway bar kit has 3 different wire thicknesses, and is adjustable.

I'll try anything once, maybe twice!

Does your car go straight on wide open throttle? Mine goes nuts to the passenger side I check and all 4 wheels look aligned pretty good

Heres some more info and video of what you can do on road. If you havent solved your body roll issue yet.

Heres a video i found to inspire getting my setup. Where i found my set up: http://www.rctech.net/forum/micro-mi...ly-car-36.html

in my opinion this is how Traxxas should have set up the Mustang boss/fiesta. it be easy to get a drift and and high speed set up without traction rolling every corner when stock.

You should see the offroad track. It's awesome. I don't race onroad but I want to get a 1/16 to run between offroad qualifiers.
