    Uniball for BB Revo

Ok putting in a Axial. 28 in my Revo. What uniball works best and where do I find them. Seems all the 1/8 motors have about the same and they just dont seem to fit with the Revo's setup well.

    Thanks.

    OK, I'll bite. What's a uniball?
    No slipper/tall gearing/power = broken parts.

The thing on the end of the carb slide that the linkage hooks to. It has a post and a Ball on it and they come in diff post lengths and the sorts..

Ooh, a slide valve throttle arm. You will have to find one that fits the diameter of your engines slide valve or use the one that came with the engine and then adapt the throttle bell crank to fit it.

That has to be used with forward only setups it says. But does give me some ideas.

Your not gonna have to worry about turning it around. Your gonna have to worry about flipping it over. I speak this of expierence. My best friend and racing partner is in a chair. He has Muscular Distrophy (not sure of spelling). He has a revo and attempted a big block, Same desire for reverse, Same Axial .28 engine, and it flipped like crazzy. You say you will stay out of it but thats not good for the engine. Nitros wanna run. And when you feel the gobbs of power its gonna have, your gonna wanna run it. I flipped that car 100 times if I did it once. He used the reverse maybe 10 times before it quit working.
Now I am not saying it cant be done. I know it can. But reverse is going to be the least of your problems. Unless you have someone to flip and turn around your car, or can do it yourself. You dont want BB revo.
My buddy has since then went with a Dynamite .19. I will have to say its a nice running and performing engine for less than $120. More power than the 3.3. Not as much as the .21tm. But it will pull the tires up with ease. He was able to keep reverse. And he can keep top side up.
    Just my 2 cents.

Oh I hear ya and understand. But I will run mit hard untill I need rev then just back up. If I see I cant keep rev gears then I will forward only.

You can ignore that text. The trottle linkage is in no way affected by the internals of the transmission.

It has nothing to do with the transmission. The reverse servo is in the way of the Tekno linkage.

I see what you are saying. Didn't realize it was that close. I have never had a Revo with reverse, LOL.
