I have checked everything and its all right on the money the first time I start it it fires right up but after it runs for a bit it dies After it dies it takes me most of my ez-start battery to get it going again

How long is a bit? Is that the time that it takes to warm up the engine? Are you saying that the engine dies after it warms up, dies, then you can't get it started?

Yes the short amount of time it takes to heat up then dies and hard to restart

Sounds like the engine is worn out... How much compression does the engine have?

Under your Revo spin the flywheel by hand, and if it gets harder to turn over at one point, then gets easier, that's the compression.

When I spin the fly wheel at tdc it gets tight and then looses up once I pass it

Ok, then is has some compression... When you take the glow plug out, what color is the top of the piston?

It is like a brass or golden color depends on the lighting

Ok, than that's good thing! A light brown/golden color mean the engine has been ran with a good tune. If the piston is black, or dark brown on top that means it had been used too lean.

With it dying at running temp think its in my tune or possibly a seal on my gas tank

Some compression when it's not at work temp (guessing you didn't spin the flywheel directly after a run). Maybe it's not enough compression when it reaches work temp and that's why it dies?

Are any screws that holds the cooling head loose?

Try checking for air leaks by spraying soapy water one the fuel lines and gas tank, and see if anything bubbles.

Sounds like the sleeve is losing pinch when it gets up to operating temp.

and for the record black on top of the piston means to rich not to lean.. to lean will give a pitting effect to rich will give you carbon build up.. also black on piston head is directly related to what type of fuel used.. just an FYI
you know.. i never had a sig.. but i do now...

As stated, you could buy a new one for $100. You could also buy a new piston/sleeve for it for about $65 if the bearings and crank are in good shape. http://www.dollarhobbyz.com/servlet/...TRX-3.3/Detail Hope this helps!
