Tqi it just crapped out for half a second... Half a second too long obviously. I had to jump over it to avoid breaking my foot.

From you iPod you are going to have to put the pics on photo bucket ect. Load the pics on one of those sights and then copy the url and paste to the forum.

Sorry about your broken stuff..... Do you know yet if it was the radio xmitter or receiver that failed?

Thanks, now I don't have to wreck one of my trucks to find out, LOL! Sorry for your loss, but now its time to build it stronger and better. We have the technology, well traxxas and rpm do! Or strc!

Definitely a bummer, but it really wont be that hard or expensive to fix.
And you can up grade to rpm part's.
    Good luck in the future.
I think we have all had something that that happen at one time or another.

Yeah I'm going with RPM and my front bumper was slightly bent so should I replace that. And after further investigation I also broke a rod end on my shock. Not the shaft just the little plastic thing. A

I caught a airport hanger door in my go fast stage.
Wiped out pretty much the hole truck.
That was before I knew of the forum's and didn't take pic's
To be honest tho,I was so mad at my self I don't think I would have taken them anyway.
    That slowed me down.
Speed runs are fine for those you enjoy them, but I learned you have to have a lot of open space, and a friend to see what you cant so you have reaction time.

haha that stinks! I should be getting my parts tomorrow. Im also going to get some thicker shock oil maybe 50w or 45w to stop it from leaning over so much also some springs but I wouldnt know what to get.

Shock oil is very susceptible to the ambient outdoor temps.
I have found on a rough outdoor sct in 60/70 degree Fahrenheit temps.
50 rear, and 40 front has been working very well.
Best to experiment and find your sweet spot.
Good to see your enjoying the hobby.

RPM a- arms and front bumper and aluminum castor blocks should hold you over for awhile. Do yourself a favor and upgrade the shock towers to RPM and the hub carriers to aluminum as well and next time that tree wont have anything on your slash =)

Not bad of a breakage for how hard you hit that tree... I would get some RPM parts and forget about it!
