    max voltage

Today I got a new 3s 6400 lipo battery. When my charger stopped charging the reading was 12.6v 4.19, 4.18, 4.19 Are these readings normal? Because my other same battery which been used 20 times the Max voltage was 12.8 not 12.6

Maximum voltage for any LiPo cell is 4.2 volts. Take that figure and multiply it by the cell count for the pack... x2 for 2S, x3 for 3s, ect.

So, with the above information your 3S pack should top out at 12.6 volts.
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

My typing error. I meant my old lipo had a Max volt of 12.58v when the charger stopped charging. And the new lipo only had a Max volt. of 12.56v. I was thinking how come is not closer to 12.6 since it's new.

More than likely this a charger issue and not a battery issue.
