A lot of great info here...I, too, love the bug shell. Standing still or at speed, you made it look awesome!

I think I'm going to have to plan a roadtrip to Saskatoon someday!! You Canadians know how to have some fun! I'll even spring for some of the liquid refreshments!!

Well I had it out with all the new goodies, love the new shocks; it eats up the bumps better now; and the center diff was great until the new big bearing motor mount bearing seized and ate the front of the diff off....
So I also decided to set it up for racing, I bought a new body and messed up the paint job (meh; oh well), picked up a set of mounted Proline Gladiators in soft. To repair the diff. I bought a Fast Lane Machine diff cup. It rained on race day; but I'll be ready for the next event.

Love the F-250 body clint, haven't seen you around here in a while. You're running the GTR's right?

    Yes; you are correct. 👍
Can't wait to see how it behaves on the track; it will be a learning experience for me too.

I've been busy with father husband duties.
I also stopped working weekends in January; so I have two less days to mess around with it.

Let us know how it goes! Hopefully I be able to start going to my local track in a year or so from now.

Are they building one? Or just waiting a while before you start racing?

Its been built for a while I just don't get a drivers license until then. Do you have another truck to bash where this one is set up for racing? Nice picture.

No need to be sad about that; good things come with time.
Nope this is it for the Slash. I have an old E-MAXX and a 1/16 E-REVO with far too much money and time into it to play with.

Looks good Clint! So you're hanging out at the Off Road club these days? Sounds like fun. You should convert your HCG to a LCG for racing!

I've been hanging out that the SARCAR On-Road club. I'm building a few 1/10 Touring cars to get back into racing too

    I don't know Aaron, do I?

Good plan on the LCG, you will be amazed how much better it handles! I did not know until I drove Jordan's HCG, I bought him a LCG conversion kit PDQ after that

I'll have to come out to watch, and maybe run.

You know Aaron; he races in the truck series at Auto Clearing Motor Speedway.

    Sounds like a plan.

Clint: What tires are you using on the Auto Clearing track? One of my kids is interest in trying racing - which for me could mean building up a couple of mean Slashes from Stampedes.
