What happens when it is idling for about 5 secs and then you mash the throttle? does it take off fast or does it bog with lots of smoke?

Read my reply in this thread. I described bogging characteristics in it. Hopefully it helps.

Think bogging is no longer an issue however it won't idle as soon as I let go of the trigger it dies even after several high speed runs also when I'm starting it the wheels spin is this normal? Towards the end of the run when I started it the rpms went way hight I hit brake it slowed hit gas a little and uda thought I pulled trigger all the way idk I'm confused here

Check the clutch shoes, spring might be broken or stretched.

I had a similar problem although I wouldn't call it bogging, it was more like the idle was set too low. Here is the section of the manual that helped me solve the problem. Note: the idle slide is that little slide that rests against the servo arm and is loosened with a little hex set screw.

    Idle Speed Adjustment
Once the high and low-speed mixtures have been set, reduce the idle
speed to the minimum reliable idle speed. Remember, this adjustment
should be made while the engine is running at normal operating
    temperature.
    1. Turn the throttle trim on the transmitter so the brakes are
applied (note its original position). This ensures that the throttle
slide is resting against the idle adjustment screw.
    2. Turn the screw counterclockwise to reduce the idle speed, or clockwise
to increase it. The idle speed should be set as low as possible while still
    maintaining reliable running characteristics.
    3. Reset the throttle trim on the transmitter to its original position.
