    Castel brushless system

    I'm looking into buying a castel sv3 for my merv because I like that system a lot and i was wondering whats a good kv to go with?

    4700 or 5700

    I have the 4600 which works great too. I paired it with a MMP, but or the Merv the Sidewinder will probably work fine too.

    Is there a big difference between the 5700 and the 4600

    They have the same power. The 5700 makes more RPM at the same voltage. To get the same power out of the motors, the 5700 needs more amps at a lower voltage. The 4600 can be used with 3S, which I would not recommend for the 5700.

    If you stick to 2S, the 5700. If you want both 2S and 3S, or only 3S, the 4600.

    Dont mean to hijack your thread.

    Does the sv3 come with a fan?

    I remember some people used to say that its not recommended to use 3s packs with the older sv2 model

    Im thinking of getting a second merv as a roller and would like to put in the sv3 esc

    The sv3 does not come with a fan but you can buy one for 10$

    I finally got all my parts in for my e-revo that thing is fast since I don't have a sell for it I'm scared to floor it so it doesn't flip over does any body have this problem with the bottom screws of the wheelie bar coming off?
