    ESC... Um. Receiver... Um Problem!

Hi guys! I just installed my Corona servo in my car, but when I install my battery, the esc just blinks green. I have the brushed merv so I am using the Xl-2.5 esc. It allows the servo to function, but not the motor. I tried to turn the esc on and off, use new batteries, turn lvd off than on again, reprogram it from setting 1 to setting 2 than back but nothing seems to be working. My merv is using a 27mhz transmitter and receiver so is it time to upgrade to 2.4? IF so, which one? The TQI and spectrum DX2E look nice. (I have a very low price range. these are about the most I can afford.)

Blinking green LED indicates that the trims on the transmitter are not in the center position. Did you check that?

For future reference the FlySky GT3B or GT3C make for a good, inexpensive radio system too.
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.
