    slash hexes

I was just wondering if it is possible to just buy the slash hexes and put them on my slayer. Now that they dont make 14mm beadlocks anymore i would like to run the 12mm hexes.

I've tried putting my Slash's hexs on my Slayer, and they are too small. The center hole on the Slayer is larger, because the axles are bigger on the Slayer. I just searched, and your right, they don't make 14mm bead locks. But, doesn't the Slash 4x4 use 14mm hexs? I searching right now, I'll let you know I find any.

The Slash 4x4 uses 12mm hex and has a 6mm axle. What you need is a set of Tekno 12mm aluminum hexes for 6mm axles and you are set.

So then slash 4x4 hexes will work because it js 6mm? I am guessing that the size of the wheel bearing would be the size of the axel? Correct me if im wrong but that makes sense to me.

    These may work,

I bought a set for my slash 4x4 since i run xo-1 axles which have a larger shaft than stock slash axles.
