    Playing in Vegas and Sedona...

So I know it's been awhile since I've posted up pics here, but I recently took my Rhino out for a trip to the desert while the temps are still cool. I usually bring my Summit along so I can stop and take a walk when I see something interesting.
Here are some of the shots I collected from the Valley of Fire park north of Las Vegas...

The following day I headed to Sedona for some real and virtual rock crawling...

Everywhere I went I got lots of attention and questions as to what it was and where to get it and how much. Usually when I tell them the price they pulled their children away in fear of Christmas wishes...
Still the most versatile RC vehicle ever built.

There's quite a few rock tunnels up there, but you better make darn sure there aren't any drop-offs into cracks where your Summit becomes a historical artifact...

Nope, it was just me and my Rhino and my Red Summit this time. My little one and her Blue Summit stayed home...

It's fun to take both into the same places, play around with one, go rock crawling, and then play around with the other usually rock crawling in places where the large machine (the mother ship?) isn't permitted to go...

Haha! Which area? The one near Las Vegas is outside of a town called Logandale, Nevada, about an hour north of Vegas on the 15. The second area is in a town called Sedona, Arizona, where it's legal to drive your ATV/Rhino on the streets and they have about 6 different scenic rock crawling trails leading out from town. After that I went to Glamis sand dunes in deep Southern California, but the sand there is too loose for the Summit (and the Rhino, I got stuck a couple of times even with all the diffs locked...)

    But it was still fun!

I can get more air with the Summit...

Hey, there's always an extra seat in the Rhino and room in the back for another Summit.
