    Traxxas slash xo-1

I have a traxxas slash with an xo-1 esc and a castle 4 pole 3800 kv. I run it 6s at about 70-80,000 rpm. I Think its doing 75 to 90 mph. Has stock tires with an integy evolution chassis. My tqi says 64,000 rpm at 137 mph. You can only get a 10 runs before the motor goes over 150, but very fast. Im running 76/28 gearing and over sized slipper pads. Batteries are 2-3s 90c 4600mah orion carbon.

Awesome, do you run this set up all the time or just when you want speed?

4 pole 3800kv? i thought that motor is rated of up to 3s, correct me if i'm wrong but 6s is overkill with that motor. that must be an awesome run yet nerv wrecking

Pictures please... How do you shoe-horn a 6S battery in to the Slash tray?

They are,I have never ran a 3800kv on 6s so cant comment.
But with a three cell rating, and hearing others doing speed runs on 3s,with the motor getting hot after two runs,It would be nice to see pic's on how it was done without destroying the motor.
