    will 3.3 bodies fit on 2.5 chassis?

    just wanted to know if it was possible to put the 3.3 size body on the 2.5 chassis without it looking horrible.

    thanks,
    Jeff

    Yes it will look horrible. The body is going to overhang the front bumper by 1.181" (1 and 3/16 inches). Sounds kinda bad, don't it? Sounds like it is gonna drag along the ground every chance it gets, and get chewed up all the while.

    If you have a 2.5 chassis, you actually have more body options, than if you had a 3.3 chassis. There are truggy bodies that can be trimmed to fit the 2.5 chassis, so it gives many more body styles to choose from.

    Screw a bumper directly to the body.

    Truggy Body on a 2.5 chassis;

    The plastic is about 2.5 times thicker than a stock body. The front bumper needed to be thinned to about half it's thickness, in order to fit the body over it.
